What’s up everyone. I have a room opening up in my 3 bedroom apartment in Playa Vista. It’s gonna be $1600 a month, with utilities ranging from $50 to $100. We have a kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, and living room. The apartment complex itself has a pool, gym, and two event rooms.
