Hi, we have a 3bed/ 2 bath with large den and nice yard avail in Westchester, 10 min from campus. We were hoping to rent it out to a ready-formed group, but due to an unfortunate family situation, we are late in the season in being able to attract this. As such, we realize that most people at this point are looking for individual shares. So to that end, I'm going to have it open this afternoon if anybody wants to come by and check it out. You can maybe meet some other people who are looking as well. Maybe a win win for all? We are looking for 5300 in total, and are open to a school term lease (10-11 months ok!).
It's currently furnished with a Q, T and K bed, but primary (with ensuite bath) could easily accommodate 2 double beds.
