Hi We have a beautiful condo located in the Cross Creek Village Complex in Playa del Rey which has two bedrooms, two baths, and two assigned parking garage spaces. This is an apartment share arrangement where each single person will have their own bathroom, bedroom, and parking space. The room we have available to rent has a new queen size mattress and frame, and there is available a desk, desk chair and lamp and floor lamp for use in that bedroom.  There is enough room for a dresser as well and there is a full-size closet and other storage areas in the room.  We do not rent to couples or allow pets, drugs, smoking or vaping.  The rent is $1690 per month plus shared wifi and water/electric per person which averages about $90-100 per month per person depending on water and electric usage.
