We follow up with each user who posted a listing via text message to confirm the status of their listing. This step is crucial as it helps us verify which listings have been successfully rented out. Recognizing the importance of up-to-date data, we exclude any listings published within the last two weeks. This exclusion accounts for the natural lag time in responses and allows for a more realistic assessment of our listings' performance.

After this initial filtering, we focus on the listings that were posted before this two-week period. We then calculate our success rate by dividing the number of recently rented or currently rented listings by the total number of available listings during this timeframe.
